Thermal Systems Engineer - TAP seeks an experienced, self-starting, energized full time Thermal Systems Engineer with a well developed entrepreneurial spirit. The position will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Design thermal systems for cooling, heating and power systems ;
2. Design custom HVAC systems and assist manufacturers in the optimization of such systems;
3. Develop new software applications and upgrades to existing programs for automated thermal system design and analysis and direct, supervise, and support programmers in this effort;
4. Respond to customer technical inquiries regarding software use, and communicate company capabilities and pricing effectively to prospective customers;
5. Prepare proposals for clients and respond to RFPs as appropriate; and
6. Represent the company at technical conferences and industry tradeshows and related marketing events.

This position is full-time (part-time will be considered during an introductory phase) and available on a contract and later employment basis. Salary is commensurate with experience, and bonuses and other forms of incentive compensation are negotiable. Position requires predominantly on-sight work, but also allows for work-from-home after cooperation is established. Position is available immediately.
